Deliveries & Shipping

We ship around the world* to USA, Canada , Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe including :

We aim to have most of our dispatched within 5-7 working days, but due to the nature of some of our products being made to order and also being hand made by craftspeople it can sometimes take a few days more on certain items. Please note on all pebbles and slate items the turn around time is 10-14 days.

While most products are dispatched between 5-7 working days as stated above, this is except in busy periods when this can be significantly higher especially at Christmas. 
Christmas orders: 
Please do bear with us we are a small team working our little socks off. One thing we will guarantee is if you order before our cutoff date your order will be with you before Christmas.

PLEASE NOTE PERSONALISED ITEMS AND BUSY PERIODS SUCH AS CHRISTMAS, MOTHERS DAY ETC CAN BE A LITTLE LONGER DUE TO THE VOLUME OF ORDERS

But most products dispatched within 3-5 working days which we are very proud of considering most items are manufactured once the order has been processed. Our small company prides itself on using UK craftspeople with their own small cottage industries to grow and make fabulous UK products, bringing financial support to the amazing growing industry that is all around us being built by enterprising folk who work hard and love what they do!

Although hand making something may take that extra day or two longer than buying something imported and sitting in a warehouse we feel the quality and uniqueness of the product will far outweigh that extra couple of sleeps!

We pride ourselves on getting orders to you on time which is in our world pretty fast considering it did not exist before your order :)

Returns

All of our items are made with great care to the highest quality. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return it in all its original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange to;

Please note:

You (buyer) will be the one who is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for the returning item, unless it is our mistake or the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will refund the purchase less a 10 per cent restocking fee or exchange the item within 14 days of return, providing the item is in original condition.  

PLEASE NOTE: 

Products within the create your own section and personalised items are non refundable as they are made uniquely to order. We also do not accept any refunds on Splashbacks or our Huge Canvas range.
